If you are in or near the Omaha Nebraska area local pickup is always an option by appointment. Packages shipped to Nebraska locations or anyone choosing local pickup will be charged state sales tax.
Most orders containing smaller items will be sent USPS Mail as this will be the preferred shipping source. I reserve the right to ship by other carriers of my choosing depending upon the buyers location and the shipping date. (Rural areas, Weekends, Holidays, etc.) Any request for a specific shipping service other than quoted may or could involve a delay in shipping and or additional costs for packaging and making a special trip.
We will do our best to accommodate shipping requests for our larger items or any item (s) listed not displaying a shipping amount. If an item listed without a shipping amount interests you I would welcome an email with your shipping information. I will then research and provide you with some shipping options that may be available from my location to yours. Some items will or could need special packaging or a few extra days for preparation before shipping of such or a freight quote can be given.
If you have a shipping account with a carrier you would like to use please contact me as I may welcome your call tags or prepaid labels for shipping, providing payment in full has been received and accepted by Once Upon a Part for the item (s) purchased.
Once Upon a Part will not be responsible for uninsured packages. It is the buyers responsibility to request insurance and inspect his or her package and note any carton damage concerns with the carrier at the time of delivery.
If the package quantity or contents received is an error on my part I will correct at my expense providing item (s) are returned as received. Any package content discrepancies must be made to Once Upon a Part as soon as possible and any original packaging from the shipment retained.
If you are interested in any item or items listed not displaying a sale price please contact me. Items listed in my inventory are stored in various locations which may or may not be immediately available. Depending upon the item and its location I will need to retrieve and verify its condition before pricing.
Immediate shipment of order when payment is in the form of Money Order, Cashiers Check or PayPal, unless you are notified that item is out of stock. Any orders paid with a Personal or Business Check will be shipped after the check clears and funds are verified with my bank.
If you choose to pay by Credit Card, an invoice can be sent and this transaction can be processed thru Paypal.
If you choose to pay with Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal Check or Business Check, please e-mail mark@onceuponapart.com for a total and mailing information.
All items listed as reproduction will carry a 30-Day from date of Invoice money back guarantee if not completely satisfied with fit or workmanship provided item is returned in same condition as received. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, and if possible, returned in the original box. As for new NOS and used parts, please ask all questions prior to purchase as these are sold "as is" and are nonreturnable.
Your privacy is important. We will not send junk e-mail, postal mail or make phone offers. We will not give or sell your contact information to anyone else.

Reproduction parts listed and sold here are not exact duplicates and do carry a 30-Day from date of Invoice money back guarantee if not completely satisfied with fit or workmanship, provided item is returned in same condition as received. Any OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part numbers or engineering casting numbers used in description are for reference only. Reproduction parts sold through Once Upon a Part are not 100% the same as original. Any NOS (New Old Stock) item (s) listed as such will be sold "as-is" and may or may not contain some light scuffs and imperfections from years of shelf/handling wear. Used parts listed here will also be sold "as-is".
